Buddy Requests:

• Buddy Requests are for D7 players only (2020-2021 birth years).
• Buddy Requests for D6 - D4 are reviewed on a case by case basis.
• Buddy Requests for D1 - D3 are not allowed.
• Only one buddy request is allowed.
• Both players must buddy each other in order for Buddy Request to be considered.
• Buddy requests may not be granted if your buddy is on the waitlist.
• ALL Buddy Requests must be submitted through our Special Request Link (⬅️Click It) no later than 6/16/2025. Email requests will not be considered.

Sibling Requests:

• Sibling requests for the same practice field and days can be made for all divisions, but not guaranteed.
• ALL Sibling Requests must be submitted through our Special Request Link (⬅️Click It) no later than 6/16/2025. Email requests will not be considered.
• Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team. Please notify the Recreational Registrar about siblings no later than 6/16/2025 or they may end up on separate teams.
• Siblings in different divisions. We will do our very best to place them on teams that practice at the same location or in close proximity to each other. If we are notified by 6/16/2025.

Please note that a request is not a guarantee, so there is a chance your request may not be fulfilled.

Fall 2025 Registration Fees: $3 added for Admin fees

Early Registration: April 14^th – May 14^th, 2025

D7 & D6: $175

D5 – D1: $205

 

Regular Registration: May 15^th – June 15^th, 2025

D7 & D6: $215

 D5 - D1: $245

● Online Registration Closes: June 15th, 2025 at Midnight

● LATE REGISTRATION: Starts June 16th, 2025

  o $20 late fee added to registrations starting June 16th, 2025.

  o ALL players must register at the clubhouse (no online registrations).

  o Players will initially be added to the Wait List until further notice.

  o There is NO guarantee that a player will be placed on a team.

  o If a player is NOT placed on a team they can have their fees refunded or extended to be used for the following season.

The registration fee includes 2 practice per week for all teams, 8 games, a full uniform kit, a practice shirt, player medals for D7 to D4.

Players must have soccer cleats, shin guards, a ball, and supply their own water to every practice and game (no need to bring ball to games).

June 2nd: Late Registration closes and ALL players will be placed on the wait list.

August 1st: Coaches Meetings and Coaches pick-up rosters for D1-D7

August 1st - August 8th: Coaches contact players via email or phone.

August 10th: 

• Coaches Training: Coaches training at Vista Sports Park.

• D6/D7 - 9-10 am

• D1/D2/D3/D4/D5 - 10:30-11:30 am

 

August 12th: First Week of practice.

August 24th (tentative):  Soccer Fest/Picture Day

August 31st (Labor Day Weekend): Labor Day Weekend NO GAMES.

September 7th: Week 1 games

October 25th & 26th: 

• Last weekend of Fall Season D7-D4.

• D3, D2 & D1 end of season TBD by SoCal.

November 1st (tentative): All Star teams are selected (D6, D5, D4) by the designated All Star coach for each division. The selection process is based on observation, communication and recommendation from the Rec Coaches of the players throughout the season.

Mid November - End of January: All Star practice and tournaments .

 

NEW PLAYERS:

● Must provide a birth certificate at time of online registration. Without one, players will not be allowed to play.

● Make sure to read and understand the legal agreements during the online registration process.

RETURNING PLAYERS:

● Returning members: Please make sure your phone numbers, address, and email address are up to date.

WAITLIST:

● Player waitlists will begin once a division is full, even if the registration period is still open.

● Registrations after the registration period will go on the waitlist, unless there are still openings in the players division.

● Waitlist players will receive a refund if not placed on a team.

COACHES: Volunteer Coaching Application (⬅️Click It)

● Volunteer coaches needed!

● All coaches are parents, guardians, aunts/uncles, older siblings, grandparents, or community volunteers.

● DISCOUNT!!!: Receive a $50 discount towards your players registration fee. Valid for one player per team that you coach. Once your player is registered. Notify the Rec Registrar and they will provide the discount. 

● Only coaches are guaranteed the practice days, times, and locations of their choice from our list of fields that will be provided by the Director of Rec Coaches.

● Fall Season Breakdown:

o D7: One 1 hour practice per week (Mon-Fri) 

o D6: Two 1 hour practices per week (Mon-Fri)

o D5-D1: Two 1 1/2 hour practices per week (Mon-Fri)

● Games: Friday night's (D5 & D4) and Saturday's (All Divisions).

FIELDS:

● Practices will be held on fields throughout Vista and parts of Oceanside.

● Games will be held at Lake Park.
